Just wondering if anyone could offer any advice here. I have a Corega WLBAR-AG router. The iMac is connected via ethernet cable. Speed is fast.

My and my partner's laptops are connecting wirelessly. She has a Vaio Windows PC, I have a MacBookPro. The problem is that the wireless connections keep dropping out. The Vaio is ok maybe 95% of the time, but the MacBookPro only about 20% of the time. The signal strength is good (always maximum strength signal) but the connection keeps dropping.

Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Restarting the computer, or router doesn't seem to consistently help (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't). Even when the wireless connections work, the speed is very slow, web pages take seconds to load for example.

The problem is definitely with the router setup - both computers work at high speeds with no connection problems on other wireless networks. Trouble is the router is configured in Japanese, with no English manuals, no English firmware updates available, and so I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. The router cost over 20,000 so I don't want to just buy another.

Can anybody suggest any way to begin solving this? Akashic Brotherhood Pdf. Thanks in advance. Steve Jobs Biography Pdf In Gujarati Language.

I would say you are shlt out of luck. Even if you ask about the firmware, any unusual questions are answered with impossible in japan (no exceptions) (also they will blame english OS/settings on any trouble you have) your model seems exclusive to japan. And the manuals for similar models look very different. You might try out somethings by yourself and then reset the router but other than that. Sorry no advice i dont like corega much. Sorry) you might try selling the thing and buying something else that you can get an english usermanual and software for any sorry to hear about your troubles and sorry cant be of much assistance. Thanks for the info Eku. Just wondering, when you say the manuals look different, do you mean the specifications/settings/instructions, or do you just mean that the router has a different shape? Often the boxes may be different but what's inside is pretty much the same, right?
