You can sign up for FREE at hmaservice.com. This provides the exact same information that Chilton sells for $19.99 a year (don't ask me how I learned that!) There is a more complete digital copy of a service manual (on CD-ROM), but I'm not sure where to get a legitimate one. EDIT: The hmaservice site won't provide information about a tranny flush (not that I found) but without a machine you can't do a true flush. You can search the forum here for more information about other people's methods.

Especially at slower speeds. It happens on a lot of cars. 40 is the 'wrong' speed to be at since the car will always try to get to the highest gear as soon as possible, and 40 is at the spot when it thinks it should be getting to 5th.

I got it from the dealer parts dept I paid about $150 It is worth about 5 cents. It is a two volume set about a foot high written in bad English and with worse illustrations. You won't find step by step instructions for much of anything.

I also have a Chilton manual for my Sonata, and while it's better in terms of how-to info, it's far from perfect. I've found some torque specs that are wrong, as just one example.
