I don't think Windows Easy Transfer was run on the old Vista PC, but I see it in the root of the drive. (How can I tell if it was run? Could I run it as an external drive)? Can I use Windows Easy Transfer in this situation? If so, do I choose 'easy transfer cable' or 'external hard drive' option?
